What Ratynas is

Ratynas is a platform for used car and motorcycle listings in Lithuania. One active listing per account is free. Having more than one active listing at a time requires a €5/month subscription. There is nothing to watch or unlock.

Accounts

• You need an account to post a listing or message another user. Browsing is open to everyone, no account needed.
• You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account.
• You must be at least 18, or the age of legal capacity where you live, to create an account.

What you can post

• Listings must be for a real vehicle you're actually authorized to sell, described accurately.
• No links, spam, or content unrelated to selling a vehicle.
• We can remove any listing or message that breaks these rules, without notice.

No guarantees about listings

Ratynas doesn't inspect vehicles, verify sellers, or guarantee the accuracy of anything in a listing. Any sale happens directly between buyer and seller, entirely outside the platform — Ratynas isn't a party to it and isn't responsible for the outcome. Always view a vehicle in person, check its documents and history, and use your own judgment before paying for anything.

Chat

Links aren't allowed in messages, to reduce scams — don't try to work around this. Never send money or financial details to someone through chat, and never click a link someone sends you outside the platform, even if it looks legitimate.

Donations

After marking a listing sold, or any time via the Support page, you can send a one-time voluntary donation to Ratynas through Paysera. Donations aren't refundable and aren't payment for any service — they're support for keeping the platform free.

Account termination

You can delete your account at any time by contacting us. We can suspend or remove an account that violates these terms.

No warranty, limited liability

Ratynas is provided as-is and free of charge, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Ratynas isn't liable for losses arising from your use of the site, including from a transaction with another user.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
